Concert with John Sines Jr. Posted: Apr 17, 2007

We are blessed to be visiting with Pastor Ray Bell and the first Cowboy Church of Virginia the week of April 21-28. The Cowboy Church of Virginia is hosting a concert with John Sines, Jr., Trish Smith and Chuck in Bedford, Virginia on Friday 27th at 7:00, check out the calendar page for details and events for entire week. Last year we visited Virginia and were fortunate to be a part of God's plan when he called Danny Holdren to pastor. Danny was introduced to Cowboy Church in 2006 when his home church hosted a concert by country music artist Chuck Campbell. As the service progressed, and pastor Ray Bell shared the concept of Cowboy Church, Danny knew God was calling him to this unique ministry. After several months of deliberating, Danny contacted Cowboy Church to begin the process of serving as a pastor with Cowboy Church of Virginia. You can see how God is blessing the Cowboy Church of Virginia on their website, www.cowboychurchofva.com

Correction of Powersource Review Posted: Apr 13, 2007

Thanks Powersource Magazine for the review of "Outlaws & Angels". We appreciate the kinds words in the review and wish that Chuck had written "He Knew Me", however, the Nashville songwriters that deserve all the credit are Bill Wolfenbarger and the late Charles Lilly. We were proud to be able to cut this song, but want to give the appropriate songwriters their due. In the liner notes we were happy to include a dedication to Charles Lilly from Bill Wolfenbarger..."In Memory of the late Charles Lilly, my co-writer and "brother". I miss you every day my friend." We are sorry for any confusion that this dedication may have caused regarding writer credits and issue a sincere apology to Bill Wolfenbarger and the family of Charles Lilly. "He Knew Me" has already been a powerful blessing to many and we pray that it will continue to do so. You can listen to "He Knew Me" on the songs page. Let us know what YOU think of "Outlaws & Angels" and "He Knew Me". You can also check out the review of "Outlaws & Angels" online at www.powersourcemagazine.com or purchase a copy at your local bookstore. Sincerely, Chuck & Becky Campbell

Help Wanted! Posted: Nov 30, 2006

Harper Faulkner needs our help! Chuck and I had the pleasure of meeting Harper at the 2006 Manchester GA Veteran's Day Parade. As you will see on the photo's page he was still in a wheelchair from his accident. However, he was at the parade paying tribute to other Veterans. Harper was hit by a deer while on his motorcycle and received serious damage to his left leg and knee. Hospital bills and weeks of rehabilitation have left him in a financial bind. Harper is a Native American, Vietnam Era Vet, Rolling Thunder GA Chapter 1, Patriot Guard Rider and Mason. Chuck will be performing at the Benefit ride for Harper on February 4th. Are You Tough Enough To Wear Pink Posted: Oct 18, 2006

We had a fabulous time in Pigeon Forge, TN with the United Christian Ministries Fun Show. Chuck hosted the fun show that was themed "Are You Tough Enough To Wear Pink". We challenged the audience and participants to wear Pink in recognition of the Wrangler "Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign", and boy did they rise to the challenge! We had a 110% pink participation (some people outdid themselves....keep checking the site for pics!) Our new "Outlaws & Angels" t-shirts have the logo "Are You Tough Enough To Wear Pink" on them and for each shirt purchased, we give a donation to the Breast Cancer Research Fund. We had 4 beautiful ladies in the audience that were recognized for being breast cancer survivors. Their pictures will be posted on the photos page soon. We were witness to some outstanding original talent and received a wonderful blessing from all those involved. To God be the Glory! We appreciate the opportunity to share what he is doing in our lives.

Virginia Cowboy Church Posted: Jun 13, 2006

We received this email from Pastor Ray Bell of the Cowboy Church of Virginia and wanted to share it with you....

"Chuck,
A man named Danny Holdren was in the service at Epworth UMC the
night you sang there. During the service God called him into
the ministry. Last week he became our next Cowboy Church pastor!
He will be ordained with us in about a month. You share in this
person receiving and answer God's call to ministry!"

WOW! Posted: Jun 12, 2006

We have had the opportunity in the last couple of days to host Bill & Tonya Mullis and Tommy & Michelle Brandt and their family. It has been a blessing to see up close their Ministries at work. Both men along with their beautiful wives bring the Gospel out in a unique light. Their willingness an dedication to serve Christ is an inspiration to us all. Their Love of God is apparent in everything they do. Even when enjoying a meal out, their concern is always for their neighbor as reflected in their desire to pray for any needs that their server may have. I personally witnessed two young girls (servers at 2 different restruants) perspective change with the question "Is there anything that you would like for us to pray for you about?". You could tell by both of their expessions that they were shocked that complete strangers would take time out in a busy atmosphere to care about their needs and concerns. It is humbling to know the sacrifice that these families make traveling to serve the Lord, however they do it with humbleness, graciousness, mercy and Love. We have been blessed to spend time with our new friends in Christ and are looking forward to their next visit. You can visit them at www.billmullis.org and www.tommybrandt.org

Congratualtions Earl Beasley!!! Posted: May 16, 2006

We appreciate Earl's contributions to our music and look forward to his next song on our new project "Outlaws & Angels". We love you Earl!
